Due to the nature of high-value outdoor products, returns are subject to approval.
Return Eligibility
Items may be returned if:

not custom or special-order items
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be returned:

clearance or final sale items

Return Authorization
Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before returning items.
Unauthorized returns may be refused.
Restocking Fees
Certain manufacturers charge restocking fees typically ranging from:
15% – 30% of the product price
This fee will be deducted from refunds.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued after inspection of returned items.
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the payment provider.
