Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.

Custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time.


Shipping Methods

Depending on the product, orders may ship via:

  • Freight carriers (large items)

  • LTL freight

  • Parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.)

Many items ship directly from manufacturers or warehouses.


Shipping Timeframes

Typical delivery time:

  • Custom products may take 2–6 weeks

Shipping delays may occur due to:

Freight Deliveries

Large items ship via freight delivery.

Customers must:

  • inspect items upon delivery

  • note damage on delivery receipt

  • photograph damaged packaging

  • report damage within 48 hours

Failure to report damage within this timeframe may prevent freight claims.


Installation Scheduling

Customers should not schedule installation until the product has been delivered and inspected.
